Our story

Clubland was born from a simple observation: sporting clubs are the heartbeat of Australian communities, yet their digital presence often doesn’t match their real-world impact. We saw clubs struggling with fragmented communications, outdated websites, and an over-reliance on social media platforms they didn’t control.

We knew there had to be a better way.

Our Mission

We’re here to give every sporting club the digital home they deserve. A place where their history, milestones, and club initiatives  can thrive online, accessible to everyone in their community regardless of age, location or social media platform of preference.

Our platform brings together the warmth of your local clubhouse with the power of modern digital tools, all hosted directly from your club website.

Our Vision

We see a future where every sporting club, from the smallest regional team to the largest metropolitan club, has a digital presence that matches their community impact. Where club history is preserved, communication is seamless, and young players can safely follow their sporting heroes without needing social media accounts.

Why We’re Different

While other platforms focus on isolated features like event management or team communications, we understand that clubs need a comprehensive solution that brings everything together under one roof. We’ve built Clubland to be:

Our Commitment

To every club we partner with, we promise:

  • Ongoing platform evolution
  • Regular updates and security maintenance
  • Dedicated support to ensure your digital clubhouse reflects your club
  • A genuine commitment to strengthening local sporting communities

Our Team

As project managers, we are supported by a small but dedicated team of developers and brand storytellers.

We are a collective of specialists passionate about our craft and service delivery to our community sport client partners.
